A small house will still have many of the same features as a large one, for example, kitchen appliances, sinks and utility hookups. Some things such as inspections, fees, permits, and utility hookups are the same price regardless of a home's size. In general, small homes have a higher cost per square foot than larger ones assuming the finish levels are comparable.
