Another positive was their flexibility to develop and execute change orders when we requested a change. Lastly, everyone was very professional and friendly. We will

We simply couldn't have asked for a better experience than we had working with Brute for our detached garage project. The knowledge and professionalism that Bill, Lannie and Barbi showed throughout the job assured us we made the right decision to hire them. From start to finish, they made the process very easy on us and we were impressed by the dedication and integrity they have for their work.
It was not a simple project and our building site was challenging: sloping in two directions, hilly, and confined by structures on two sides. It would require two retaining walls because it was located at a higher elevation than our house. Problems to solve included limiting roof runoff and keeping water/snow from entering the garage, as well as installing a retaining wall in a very tight space and building a level walkway from the house to the garage. Those problems were thoroughly researched and thought-out before construction began. To date, we've had no problems with storms/runoff at all and the walls and walkway are both useful and attractive!"

“If they had 5+ stars that's what I would give. They are all wonderful to work with, they
pay attention to the small details and they all are very knowledgeable. Even though
Mother Nature tried to keep interfering they kept plugging away at our project. In the end
we have a beautiful new family room, laundry room, remodeled bathroom, new siding
and gutters. Lannie and his crew were wonderful to work with. Barbi is very good at
helping and answering questions and helping this owner work through some stressful
times. We love Bill too! They are a top-notch business! I recommend them to everyone.
